Digital Downloads (e.g. music and audio files)

Because digital products are delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for digital downloads once the download or streaming link has been accessed.

By purchasing a digital product from this website, you agree to waive your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law, as the download begins immediately.

Physical Products (e.g. clothing, hats, mugs)

If you’re not completely satisfied with your physical purchase, we accept returns and refunds under the following conditions:

You have 14 calendar days from the date of receiving the item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
  • It must be in the original packaging, where applicable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges
